MAIN FEATURES

Database Connectivity for Production Jobs
ZIRCON introduces advanced production job management, delivering much more than simple record lists. The software integrates tools to support tag graphic-layout management, including fixed and variable fields connected to a database. It makes possible a direct connection to existing databases, enabling job setup by specifying the relevant data. During production, ZIRCON checks all process phases, including the number of copies marked of each tag, database printing selections, and production tracking.

Remote Tuning Preview
The software includes a remote tuning preview feature, which aids in verifying the alignment of metal plates, ensuring proper laser functioning, and enabling adjustments. This can be done in 2 ways: by accessing the system from a PC, and/or by interacting with the system's touch screen interface, enhancing precision and control.
