MF Group S.r.l., in compliance with European Directive 2019/1937 and Legislative Decree 24/2023, has established a dedicated channel to allow employees and stakeholders to submit reports securely and confidentially, fostering a transparent, ethical, and compliant environment.

This tool allows the reporting of facts or potentially unlawful situations that may constitute violations under Legislative Decree 24/2023.
